By accessing or using our Site and providing any quotation for legal services (the “Services”), you (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent) confirm that you accept these terms of use together with our Privacy and Cookie Policy www.alacritylaw.com) and that you (“you” or “user”) agree to comply with them (the “Terms”). You further represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not access and/or use the Site.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site on your behalf or through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.
Our Site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our Site is appropriate for use or available in other locations.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any part thereof.
Acceptable Use
The following terms constitute our “Acceptable Use Policy”:
You agree not to use the Site to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any Business User content (i) that violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libelous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive, promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual or is otherwise objectionable; (iii) that is harmful to children in any way; or (iv) that is in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third party.
In addition, you agree not to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Site any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (ii) send through the Site unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (iii) use the Site to harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Site, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site (or to other computer systems or networks connected to or used together with the Site), whether through password mining or any other means; (vi) harass or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the Site; or (vi) use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the Site, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to (or to strip, scrape, or mine data from) the Site (provided, however, that we conditionally grant to the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials, subject to the parameters set forth in our robots.txt file).
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy set out below.
You warrant that any such contribution will comply with those content standards and you agree you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a consequence of your breach of warranty.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy set out below.

Telephone Calls
Any telephone calls made to or from us may be monitored and recorded to improve our service and train our staff. Our service team are available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00am to 5:30 pm.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
Nothing on this Site is, or is deemed to be, an offer by us (or by any third party) to sell any service or product other than as expressly set out herein.
